There was a small but select turnout (18 Poly runners) at Morpeth 10K on Tuesday 7th August, in a race dominated by-well you’ve probably guessed-Morpeth Harriers!  Morpeth were placed 1st, 3rd and 4th so obviously took the team prize.  Graeme Cook was the first Poly athlete to finish-5th in a time of 34.42.  Next up was Stephen Hall, 15th overall but 3rd in his age group (36.22). The evergreen Greg Penn finished in a time of 37.03 and was first in the over 55 category.

In the women’s race, Katherine Davis came first in her age group (41.00) and was 4th women overall, and Heather Gould won a NEMAA award (58.36).
